Growing up with a deep appreciation for food and culture, Chef Santhosh discovered early that hospitality is about much more than cooking. It is about creating memorable experiences, building communities, and turning ideas into thriving businesses. His journey through professional kitchens, restaurant operations, menu development, and hospitality management exposed him to every facet of the industry—from the challenges of running a kitchen to the complexities of launching and sustaining a successful restaurant.
Over the years, Chef Santhosh worked with diverse food concepts, teams, and entrepreneurs, gaining firsthand experience in what makes restaurants succeed—and what causes them to struggle. He realized that many passionate restaurant owners had exceptional ideas but lacked the guidance, systems, and expertise needed to bring those ideas to life.
That realization became the foundation of Naūke Hospitality.
Founded in Bengaluru, Naūke Hospitality was created with a simple mission: to help aspiring and established hospitality entrepreneurs build sustainable, profitable, and memorable food businesses. From concept creation and kitchen design to menu engineering, operational systems, staff training, and brand development, Naūke Hospitality provides end-to-end consulting solutions tailored to each client's vision.
Chef Santhosh believes that successful hospitality is built on three pillars: authenticity, consistency, and guest experience.
